I have consistently initiated product and technology innovation in the agricultural industry. My background highlights a unique combination of engineering and marketing expertise with a strong record of success in business development, R&D, and product development.
During the past 20 years, I’ve been in the middle of the most advanced Precision Ag and related IT research and development, and at the inception of all major strategic initiatives in this area of Ag business.
My experience as an innovation driver in advanced farming systems and advanced technology development for John Deere and CNH was built on an extensive background in engineering, commercialization, and marketing. I provided business and technical leadership in all phases of operations, and established a broad network of relationships (link to LinkedIn).
That is why I know how to make products preeminent and proprietary, how to create competitive advantage and build additional revenue through the leverage of intellectual properties and creation of synergetic alliances. My ideas can create new Corporate Customers not only in crop production, but in other Ag related industries and construction.

I'm an international expert in high technology agriculture with a global business and operational perspective consulting in the Americas and Europe. Strong conceptual and strategic thinker with innovation based on a systems approach. Flexible leadership capable of thriving despite rapidly changing markets and organizational ambiguity.
Additional qualifications include a Ph.D. in Automation of Technological Processes, M.B.A. in Marketing, M.S. in Soil Science, and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
With a superior ability to assess complex business, market, operational, and technology challenges, I know what US technologies will fit the best, where, and how to package and sell them.
